Yes! When you read horoscopes/astrology, you are putting belief in something which only God has control over. Even if you say, "I only do it for entertainment and do not really believe it," you are still giving attention to something that is not from God. There is an old Jewish saying: "If you go into the Tanner's shop and just look around and not buy anything, you still come out with the smell." The Tanner's shop was where the animal skins were prepared before becoming clothing. The smell was pretty bad. Our actions have effects which stay with us. Our example to others is just as powerful. A true Christian gives honor and glory to God only and not to some grouping of the planets.

Yes, you are not supposed to try to look into the future etc. But I was born and raised Catholic and honestly don't see anything wrong with astrology, horoscopes etc- I think it's a form of entertainment if nothing else and should be taken with a grain of salt.

Because although popular, astrology is not based on scientific, rational, or biblical principles. It is simply pagan superstition, which has its roots in the practices of the Babylonians of 4,000 years ago. Isaiah foretold the fall of Babylon, and spoke of the powerlessness of astrology. Read Isaiah 47:13-14.

"Whatever things are true, whatever things are of serious concern, whatever things are righteous, whatever things are chaste, whatever things are loveable, whatever things are well spoken of, whatever virtue there is & whatever praiseworthy thing there is, continue considering these things. The things you learned as well as accepted & heard in connection with me, practice these, & the God of peace be with you." -- Philippians 4:8,9

That^ online article is one of a series, called, "The Bible's Viewpoint". It gives just that, not any particular denomination of Christendom's viewpoint. Those are its subheadings listed with it.

Both Christens and Muslims. Cuz forecasting and predicting future isn't a task supposed to be done by humans. As its the matter of godly powers.

I wouldn't call it a bad thing, I would say it's an extreme waste of time as there is nothing of God in it.

Looking for any real answers there is wrong. We are clearly told by God to look to Him as the font of all truth. These fortune teller types have been around for several millenia and the scriptures are quite clear that such are to be avoided.

Reading as amusement, only the most hardcore christians would object.

Actually beleiving and following astrology, most christian sects would see this as idolatry, and possibly witchcraft.
