I've been meditating by lying on the ground pretending to be in the clouds, being really heavy and lazy, just falling into the cloud, and it works I just want something more deep.

You can attend a meditation class for a short period of time where a professional will guide you. I actually just bought a small tape recorder today that will help with my meditation techniques. I will record myself speaking certain key things, then play them as I meditate.

Learn Breathing techniques,I will breath deep from my nose while (This is not a joke, I read it) thinking slowly the words super
calafragilisticespealadoshis,then breath out from your mouth real slow while thinking the same word, I do it five times and it slows down my blood pressure and really calms me to meditate better.I know it sounds silly but it works for me.Try it and let me know how it works for you.

Just focus on your breath. Gently bring your mind back to your breath.
