sinus drainage possibly causing throat to be sore and the coughing, not flu with such a "slight fever" with flu it runs high and is hard to keep down and you wouldn't be asking "what" you had...... with the flu you KNOW you have the flu
migraine? brought on possibly from being out of sorts with the fever, cough and sore throat.
