well some may recognise me over the past few months of me moaning about my dentist and how i'm not happy with the treatment he’s doing for me, to some it up i damaged both my front teeth about 4 years ago in an alcohol related incident (been in pain for all that time with 1 tooth).
anyway ive gone with this new dentist now and absolutely fantastic, he told me what’s the problem straight away, had an x-ray and apparently i have a hole in my tooth inside my gum, ive already had a root canal in there previous what the butcher (previous dentist) did for me that failed, but anyway that tooth is unsavable so having it implanted.
my other tooth which i chipped half way down, keeps failing with the old treatment the butcher did for me (filling) so my new dentist as recommend a veneer.
Also my teeth are quite straight but i have a slight gap in my front teeth and my new dentist says he can close it up for me so having that done. (cont)

total cost for 1 implant and a veneer is £2,100 - a lot of money but will be happy when its done.
The dental centre as also e-mailed and posted to my home address a brochure with pictures of my teeth including x-rays explaining what’s going to happen, possible complications, other options etc.
But yeah well pleased,
anyway my question I’m having my (future implanted) tooth out next week but I have to wear a partial denture with 1 tooth attached for the next 1 to 2 months, how do partial dentures look and feel?
Will anyone be able to tell the difference?, of course I know I am going to tell but yeah I don’t want it to fall out whilst talking to someone.
Thanks in advance for the responses.
