if i have a air conditioner in the bed room window that have the release on it is that a problem for the insurance company? should i remove these item before my home is inspected?

No. But they wouldn't be covered for damage done by the weather - appliances are only covered for weather damage if the weather first breaks through the structure to get to them.

Well, if you're about to get homeowner's insurance, be advised that the outside of your home is required to be inspected within 90 days of the effective date of your policy. That is the surefire way that an insurance company knows what they are insuring, and they know the risk, if any, involved.

If you have them outside for no reason, and an inspector comes by to inspect your house, there's a high chance that they'll request you to relocate them before they approve your application for insurance. In the time that I've worked in the insurance business, I've noticed that our inspectors do not like a lot of clutter outside of a house. It increases the chance of those unattended items being stolen. I don't know why you have a washer and dryer outside, but I would advise you to either 1) hook them up inside where they need to be anyway, or 2) sell them, and do your laundry at the laundromat if you don't have space for them inside your house.
