Yes, you should report them to your SPCA or other local animal welfare agency so they can monitor the sellers. Be sure to give them the background of your experience and why you believe it wasn't just an isolated incident with the dog you adopted. If they are not properly taking care of the animals, are selling them early, etc. then you can help put a stop to needless abuse of the animals and end their suffering before there are no viable options other than euthanizing them.

Absolutley, how could you live with yourself if you did nothing. Report them to the ASPCA or Humane Society in your area. Pups need to stay with the litter for a minimum of 8 weeks. At 4 weeks they aren't even fully weaned yet and besides, from 4-10 weeks with the litter is when they learn to socialize (play) and they all sleep curled up together for security.

Report them. Dogs shouldn't leave their mothers until they are 8 weeks old.

You should either confront them and tell them that it is very bad to sell puppies at such a young age and keep an eye on them and if they keep doing this then yes you should turn them in, or just turn them in ahead of time incase the puppies are in danger. You should probably turn them in because maybe whoever you turn them into like the dogpound or animal control or something might just give them a warning too.

Get all the facts before you make the call. Your local human society will direct you to a Humane Investigator to take your information on the pups and the owners. You can remain anonymous.

nicely all of us have pals with flaws and alternatives yet this so unds greater of a racial bias than something. i could at the beginning ask for forgiveness to the gents with whom I artwork with and then i could handle the subject with my pal. i could think relating to the Lent of the friendship and whether or no longer that's a powerful union... I dont think of that i could ever be pals with a racist! in no way....! and this has no longer something to do with the two myself and the co worker being black... i'm merely strongly against bigotry... I dont understand how i could take care of a concern like this because of the fact i could be afraid to do something or do something with my pal understanding that the two she and here family members are coping with those form of subject concerns. .. till she is surely an incredible pal i became ditch her and her dumb dad!
