Hahaha... 18, if your any younger they will card you, and check the credit card. (Like call your parents)

In some countries, you can have a debit card LONG before you are 16 - and most if not all hotels that take credit/charge cards will also take a debit card.

I guess so long as you can sound like an adult on the telephone and have some form of card, you will almost certainly manage to book the hotel.

As long as you have money and a legal diving license 99 out of a 100 will let you. or you fake a hotel reservation and say your day will be in in 10 mins. or you have to be 18.

It is usually 18, but on some very rare ocasions, it is 21. You do need a credit card to make the reservation over the phone though.
