If you are concerned about the puppy, take it to the vet. We can't see your puppy, nor can we xray it over the computer.

The shots your puppy had can make him sore all over and that would make him walk carefully and also he would cry when you picked him up because it hurts. Some puppies are just more sensitive to pain. Sometimes the shots make a big knot come up and it hurts. Try gently moving each of his legs and if he does not cry or react then his legs are okay. If it is the shot making him sore, he will be okay in a couple days. Call your vet and ask if you can give him a baby aspirin. Ask first though because he might be too small. Most vets have an emergency number and will return your call especially if you have just been in to see them. Good luck.

How long ago did your puppy get his shots? if it was recently, he may be having a reaction. The symptoms seem to be something that should be checked by a vet.

if he just had his shots it could be the cause. If his shoulder hurt he will move funny with his front legs. And if he is sore he will yelp when you pick him up. If you are concerned call your vet.

Well I'm so sorry to hear about him. Maybe it has something to do with the shot he had. If you believe in God I suggest you pray for him. Give him a few days and see if he gets better if not then take him to a vet.
