I need some tips for how to train for a tornado 540. Now I know there are TONS of different ways people do this so im doing the one where you spin around jump off one leg kick with it and land on the same leg with your back facing them i think not sure but the impact is a roundhouse style one. Any tips are apriciated. My friend said to practice doing fan kicks but that really doesnt help me much at all

Keep training your 350 and progress in how much you spin with your hip. Eventually youll be able to get enough height and spin, landing on your kicking leg will be pretty easy.

My question is Why would you prefer to? what's the factor of having your fantastic weapon return and forth previous the objective intentionally in basic terms to take extra time to return lower back around to it? Are you working in the direction of martial arts or gymnastics?

well besides you and i st g the answer s i see they'd have ther back turned and there pants around thier ankles.
you practise them kicks mate but for your sake you wanna hope you never get in a fight,and your friend practises to much handondick fu.

and the benefit of having your back facing the opponent is??? (oh yeah, you have KO'd his chi and he is dead)
