it may sound crazy but it really does work.....get a dab of toothpaste and put it on there.Leave it on for like 30 min-1 hour. It will dry out the pipple and shrink in size. Trust me it works.

Wait overnight after you have washed your face avoiding getting anything but water on the blemish, plus the day before or the day after, rinsing with water no more than twice a day. This should be nice to squeeze carefully now.Next, wash with a cleaner and rinse well-then yould probably the rest with a powder cream foundation or a light dusting of face powder.Medicated make-up would be great, but regular would probably do.

Ok, first of all, don't EVER exfoliate your pimples. It will inflame them. It probably contributed to the infection.
You need to cleanse it twice a day, and then use an alcohol-based toner to kill the germs. Don't exfoliate over it. Ouchies.
You can use a gentle, oil-free moisturiser around it.
Just be gentle, don't touch it, and keep it clean. Try not to put makeup over it because that will just clog it up.
If it gets worse, see your pharmacist or a skin therapist. They'll be able to give you something to clear it away.

I dont know if you have this in the states, but theres a medical cream we get at the pharmacy called KENACOMB. Ive been using it for ten years. Whenever I get a zit I put it on it and its gone later the same day.
Now keep in mind its not a pimple cream, but more for like rashes and stuff, but it works.
You might have it under another name..the main ingredients are nystatin and neomycin.
Dont go nuts with it though...I only use it in extreme cases, like when Im going to a party or something! Good luck!

Wah or clean area with alcohol. Ice the spot for 5 mins. at least (the longer the better). Lastly, apply neosporin / any anti bacterial ointment or toothpaste to prevent any infection.

Applying ice as much as possible will help the spot heal faster.

don't overwash it, the more you put on it the more irritated and infected it will get. just put an acne cream or antibacterial cream on it, then LEAVE IT ALONE! just wash like you usually would.

I usually use rubbing alcohol to dry it up. It may sting but it should work.
