I had buildings on my land burn in 2004 and my Real estate Taxes in 2005 are still the same ??

Contact the assessor's office and ask for a reassessment. Document the destruction of your property and apply for a refund of taxes based on the decrease in value of your property.

The county assessor's office does not necessarily know about your buildings burning and decrease in value. Even if they did, they would not automatically decrease the assessment for you, it would take money out of their pockets. You will have to ask them for a reassessment.
