Absolutely, daily the evidence against them seems fishier, and at worst it sounds like a 'cover up after', which is not typically a jail offense, from what I have read. If only for morale of the patrol, they should get pardons.
And I think letting them in with the general population of the jail (or at least Ramos) was criminally negligent, worse than anything they did under any account I've heard.

Yes. I am a huge Bush supporter but if he lets these 2 guys rot in jail then i will never defend him with the same passion again. Those 2 guards did their jobs and to put them in jail and let a mexican drug dealer off the hook is a disgrace. Bush had better pardon them and while hes at it pardon scooter libby as well.

Stupid Marxist is correct. Unfortunately so is the poster who said that Bush is pro-mexican. I don't get it.
Edit-Does "Yo Mom" think that Clinton should be jailed for 12 years and put in the gp of a federal prison? He covered up a crime.

It's not the guards that need one, it's the politicians in D.C. that don't get it , they ignore threats and continue business as usual, until the next tragedy happens, I hope someone in Washington wakes up sooner than later, I don't think we have lots of time to get our ship together, their are to many terrorist out there, that intend us harm the more the better, according to these Jokers, they love the fact that the wheels of congress move slowly, it's time congress pulls their thumbs out and send more guards to the border to secure it, it's high time they do something!!!

The Bush administration is behind the railroading of the border guards so there will be no pardons... unless Bush pardons Cheney for blasting that lawyer with a shotgun.

More like a "Presidential Impeachment!!!" Is in order!!! So sad, but so true! I feel so sorry for the "Border Patrol Employees" who were promised more "Staff Help" during Prez Bush's first term, and it never got taken care of....So, here's what I think. I think all of what little employees are working, aren't doing their jobs, too their "Full Potential" because of the lack of "Respect, and lack of Consideration" from Mr. President and lack of responding to thier needs!! He needs to be "Impeached" on more selfish acts than this one, thats for sure!! I think he's embezzeling Oil funds from Osama along with Cheney! I think while he's President he's trying to take as much money to the "Personal BANK" as possible, before his term is up!! The reason's for the TRILLIONS of dollars of debt, we're in, as appose to us being TRILLIONS AHEAD, when Clinton was in the "White House"!!! If he doesn't get out of there soon, our country can quite possibly become another "Third World Poverty" country, except for the FILThY Rich of course!!! How sad is that thought!!! His term cant be up soon enough for me, his and his side kick's!!! Cheney's too!!! It's time for a Lady to go in and "CLEAN HOUSE!!!" And her name is "HILLARY!!!" What a better person for the job, of cleaning house , than a "Woman?!!!" Smile!!!

No. The situation is a tad more complicated than a video game. Here's the overview. The big picture starts with N.A.F.T.A., which is good and bad, but has some serious problems, specifically the sudden and unexpected concentration of wealth, especially in Mexico and the U.S. There are concerted efforts to correct that and other problems associated with N.A.F.T.A.. But, Republican / Conservatives, specifically following Bush, are deliberately reducing the middle class in all three nations in order to have cheaper labor. The unemployment rate in Mexico has already risen over 20%. And, our U.S. communities have been deliberately weakened by Republican / Conservatives by reducing social services and collapsing the fabric of many communities, again, in order to have a "needy" middle class and compliant workers willing to work for nothing. Now, the social collapse secondary to state and federal Republican / Conservative tolerance related to allowing U.S. business owners to criminally invite and hire undocumented workers in order to avoid paying U.S. workers a legal and decent wage is coming home to roost. As our communities collapse under Republican / Conservative gross economic and social mismanagement, the new Superstate between Mexico, the U.S. and Canada has officially been signed by President Bush. Borders are going away. As brought to us by Bush while many were distracted with racist bickerings, we are now one Superstate. N.A.F.T.A., as you know, is an economic alliance between Canada, the U.S. and Mexico. Without Congressional over-site, Bush this winter signed into law a political extension of that agreement in which the three nations are now the new North American "Superstate" called SPP. All borders are to be "streamlined" and eventually eliminated, major new toll highways are already planned to connect all three nations (including the big one eight football fields wide right up through the center of the new Superstate that the King of Spain will hold the lease and profits from), a common currency (eventually, not at first) and common citizenship. Mexico gets a big chunck of Kansas to use as a staging area for its highway construction and maintenence contracts. This is all fact. The realities of globalization will not go away. And, any moronic racist trying to start war on American soil will be crushed. Any state that attempts to interfer with the "streamlining" of borders and trade between the three nations will become economic wastelands patrolled by U.S. Army tanks. The U.S. middle class must stop listening to their local mealy-mouthed Republican / Conservatives who promote racism, violence, hate, intolerance and backward isolationistic notions. Or, their communities will fail. It takes better problem-solving to deal with changes in our social system and to realistically address our problems than hauling people out into the desert and murdering them. Those states and communities who cling to racism and Conservative feeble-minded backward notions will collapse. They ARE collapsing, and not due to Mexicans. The problems are due to Republican / Conservative plunder of the middle class everywhere and their paradigm that a community belongs only to them and that they can do what they want with people, including sabatoging community planning that could have saved many communities from collapse. That's plain wicked and stupid. Here is the new government's official website:
