Try calling a doctor that specializes in breast health (not augmentation). A doctor who does mammograms and stuff might know. I must say you probably didn't need implants to begin with. Women are beautiful the way god created them. But if it makes you happy...more power to you. I'm just alarmed at the rate at which young girls/women think they NEED implants and get them, when their real breasts are just fine. Small, medium, or big! Good luck

I have never heard of that nor experienced that either and I have Saline implants. Itching would occur because of stretching the skin, but no rash unless you could be allergic to silicone. Saline is just water, talk to your doctor.
