at his age, he is curious n try using you as an experiment ! his action is WRONG but he himself don't realize it . you have to let your parent know about this n let them handle the potential problem with your brother !
please don't blame your brother, let him learn his lesson from the elder/parent. Next times around try to avoid being just the two of you only situation. if you have to, scream/yell to attracts attention to free you from serious problem !
Remember ! your parent must know about those incidents in order to safe guard you !

I agree. Tell your parents immediately about your brother locking you in the closet with him. Even if nothing else goes on right now but you and him locked inside the closet together, that doesn't mean something won't happen later. It may signal major issues with your brother that need to be addressed before it escalates.
