Free brows, all you can pluck. First, you pluck a chicken. However, you tweeze eyebrows. Each hair follicle can be pulled out, another grows and the cycle continues. However, as with too much of a good thing, more tweezing is not beneficial. Too much too soon leads to permanent root damage and no more hair growth. Better idea: Get a pro to do your brow line to flatter your facial contours. Thereafter, tweeze only the scraggler hairs. You can still pluck the chicken later if need be, just not the brows.

No, actually the opposite can happen after awhile. My mother did so much plucking she now has hardly any eye brows. She over did it!

YES! But if you pluck them excessively or off there is a chance of them never coming back! This would cause you to have to pencil, tatoo, or bandaid your eyebrows for the rest of your life!
Pluck responsibly!

The action of "plucking" not only removes the hair but the hair follicle itself. Therefore, another hair cannot ever grow there again.

No. Where I plucked they eventually didn't grow back at all, so be careful how you pluck!

well there's always a trick and stars use always this trick ... put on eye shadows on your brows and go above the line of your eyebrows but not too much so it can look acceptable and natural ... watch kim kardashian's makeup on youtube you will see that she fills them mostly with eye shadows to make them look bigger and thicker ;)
