Obviously you should be taking her temp rectally which I assume you are doing. Any digital, or regular thermometer will work just fine.

Normal dog temp runs about 101, dogs going into labor experience a drop in temperature. Generally you can expect pups with in 12 hours of the temp dropping the way it has.

Use a regular themometer and stick it in the dog's butt.
Your dog's normal rectal temperature is 100.5 to 102.5 degrees Fahrenheit

If your dog has a body temperature less than 99 degrees or over 104 degrees, contact your veterinarian or local emergency facility immediately. A high temperature could mean your dog has an infection or heat-related illness. A temperature below normal can be just as serious, indicating other problems such as shock

yes an animal thermometer. If she is due to whelp her temp. will drop a few degrees, she should have pups within 12 hours. When she starts having the pups there should not be no longer than 2 hours between pups, if so go to Vets, Pups usually arrive every 20-40 mins,Good Luck!

Stop stressing, and stop taking her temp continuously you will upset her, she will be picking up on how you are feeling and if you are super stresses then she will be too.
Just leave her be and watch her, if you have read my past explanations of what to look out for you will be fine. Believe me I have helped alot of people whelp there dogs and we NEVER continously take temp, just watch for signs of her nesting and for contractions.Temps will change according to the temperature outside and inside your house so yes you will get changes allthe time.

Dogs temps are always higher than people. It is low but I bet she is fine.

A thermometer is no use to someone who has not been trained to use it correctly. And what the hell are you doing with a pregnant PUP????? You should not be breeding from puppies. And could get reported for welfare reasons.
