What's the name of teenagers having church groups in the morning? Is it called youth group?

Typically i would go with youth group, or youth study group ( if it's before service).

Sunday School is in the morning... Youth Groups are held at various times depending on your church. Most churches have online contacts for their youth ministry - check out churches in your area and request info.
