The western end of Melrose near LaCienega has more high end stores like Marc Jacobs, Fred Segal and Madison. The stretch of Melrose east of Fairfax has the usual suspects..Urban Outfitters, The Gap, Sportie LA and lots of crappy little boutiques.

There are a ton more than mentioned above: Costume Nationale, Miu Miu, Jonathan Adler, Betsey Johnson, Cynthia Rowley and a ton more.....that's half the fun exploring, But you can't leave Melrose without going to FRED SIEGEL--that and KITSON are the best..., I like them a lot better than some Rodeo Dr. Stores.......(we'll just keep that to ourselves)....ENJOY...

A lot of those little shops have the same exact clothes from the same wholesale and their prices are different. Some of them are rip off too!! You can find any fashion item like shoes, jewelry, sunglasses... but be careful with their quality and price!
