Davis Monthan AFB. It is huge. I have been there. In the 1980's there were still B-17's, B-24's, and B-29's still there. Not to mention lots of cargo planes and some fighter planes. There is also one in Victorville, CA and Chino, CA.

The military graveyard is located at Davis Monthan AFB outside Tucson. however there is also a civilian one in at Southern California Logistics Airport in Victorville, CA where there are lots of retired airliners in mothball.

The "graveyard" you are referring to is outside Tucson. However; if it is parts you are looking for try Dobber Aviation or White industries. Both part out de-commissioned aircraft.

Personally, I have seen two. One in Roswell, NM, and the other one between Phoenix and Tuscon, AZ. I know there are more.
As a pilot, they are really sad to see.
