My mom never lets me go no where. I'm so board i feel like a prisoner. I can't go to the mall, walk home, go to a friends house, or even go to the movies. And she got so mad because I got a second pericing right above my 1st one! What should i do. Now I don't got no chance to spend time with my boyfriend!!!!

You never mentioned your age at all which could have a lot to do with why your Mom's so strict but what it comes down to is that your Mom loves you and wants you to be safe. I would guess in her mind you do not always make the best choices ie the peircings and she is trying to protect you. Life is about rules and compromises and as long as you are under 18 and living in your Mom's house you are her responsibility and she's doing what she feels is best. Prove to your mother that you are honest, responsible and can make good choices and she will loosen up abit. Be happy your Mom cares enough about you to worry and set rules there are parents who don't.

Your mother is treating you like a child. Because you are acting like a child! Probably once you start realising that the rules are there for a reason, and she sees that you can respect the rules, she won't have to be so hard on you. When you show her that you can be trusted, instead of sneaking around getting peircings, then she can trust you. Trust and respect are things we have to earn, you know, not your God-given right. Act like an adult and you'll be treated like one. Keep whining about how poorly-done-by you are and she will see you are still a child that needs her protection by keeping you at home.
Quite simply, grow up!
And learn to speak properly. It shows your lack of self-respect when you can't be bothered to speak properly.

I understand what your trying to say. But do you realise how little sense your statements actually make? Way too many double negatives. Any who, what first started this treatment? I suspect it hasn't always been this way. It sounds like a lack of trust. If that is the case you need to figure out what caused it and make an attempt to discuss it with her and try to reassure her that it will not happen again.

sounds like she is just overprotective because of all the scary things happening now a days. there are so many psycho stalker killer murders rapists out there. she is just looking out for your interest. although some people do take it to the extreme, because there is power in numbers. maybe she doesnt like your friends, or boyfriend. which in that case i would ask her why she does what she does.

Ok first of all hun...u need to speak propor english, then she will know u arn't a crack whore(not saying u are!) then u need to slowly show her how responsible u are, maybe doing extra thing around the house, finishing projects early, & finally just keep trying until she budges!

how old are you if your over 14 your mum is bein rediculucly over protective and you need to do something but dont rebel have a sit down with her and explain whats going on and how you feel.

well........i have the same proble but it my dad who doesnt let mr go anywhere.......i think if u want to go somewhere wit your boyfriend then tell her a lie and if u want to go wit your friends then tell her you'll be home at a good time and that you'll bring your cell so then he can call u! hope this helps

shes like that cuz youre sneaking behind her back. if u werent doing that then she would trust you more and let u do more stuff.
