I went from havinf 78% availablity on my hard drive to 64 %.
The Program took 464.00 MB of space.
Is this Normal?

Its possible. Remember you downloaded the program, which means the installation program is taking up space on your harddrive also. It doesn't delete itself once it has installed. plus during installation the program probably put some temporary files in your windows temp folder while it was expanding archives and etc. If you are worried about the space copy the downloaded installation program to a CD then delete it from your hard drive.
