I know one, but if I cite it, some Christians will scream that I am not a real Christian, and that I am going to Hell (In a hand basket I think?)
Yeah, the Rabbi walked into a bar, then the Priest walked into a bar. (you would have thought the Priest would have ducked.)
(PS: I really have one. E-mail me for the verse and verses.)

There is a little humor, but most of it is buried in the culture of the time.
Try, for instance, this guy running along chunking rocks and cussing at David and his men. That seems a lil tongue-in-cheek in context...
2Samuel 16:5 King David approached Bahurim. As he did, a man came out toward him. The man was from the same family group that Saul was from. His name was Shimei. He was the son of Gera. As he came out of the town, he called down curses on David.
6 He threw stones at David and all of his officials. He did it even though all of the troops and the special guard were there. They were to the right and left of David.
7 As Shimei called down curses, he said, “Get out! Get out, you murderer! You are a worthless and evil man!
8 You spilled the blood of a lot of people in Saul’s family. You took over his kingdom. Now the LORD is paying you back. He has handed the kingdom over to your son Absalom. You have been destroyed because you are a murderer!”
Job 38f is a larger bit of humor (God's answer to Job.) It starts with God telling Job, "You're so smart, get ready for a quiz" and goes (downhill?) from there...
Job 38:1 The LORD spoke to Job out of a storm. He said,
Job 38:2 “Who do you think you are to disagree with my plans? You do not know what you are talking about.
Job 38:3 Get ready to stand up for yourself. I will ask you some questions. Then I want you to answer me.
Job 38:4 “Where were you when I laid the earth’s foundation? Tell me, if you know.
... Clearly, God knew the answers and Job didn't. Scripture uses a humorous situation to relate the audacity one would need to "challenge God."
Several places there are "jokes" related to the language, like rhyming words. Obviously, these don't come into English well, but some "study Bibles" may identify them in their notes.

The entire bible can be funny depending on your perception of it. I believe Liviticus is a good one as it talks about women being unholy during their period and not allowed into the church during that time, and many other ridiculous things of that nature.

Yes. God actually had a sense of humor, as did Jesus. Where He said 'Why dost thou consider the mote in thy brother's eye, and not consider the beam that is in thine own?' A mote back then was a speck the size of a small splinter. A beam was a length of wood eight feet long, and like a 6x6 post. Get the joke? How can one have an 8 ft. long 6x6 in their eye?
