According to the Bible, is it wrong to draw/paint/photograph the nude form for art's sake. Not in sexual acts, just the form with shadows and lighting.

It depends upon which bible you are quoting from. The Christian bible says nothing about capturing the nude form, but some of the Eastern religions forbid the graphic representation of any living thing.

Forget what the Bible says. I don't know if it approves of it or not. You shouldn't either. There is nothing wrong with nude art. Why would there be ? We have works of art for landscapes and animals. What's wrong with a nude human ?

The prohibition of nudity is a western Puritan idea, not a first century Biblical idea. The scriptures have a message, but the reader often looks at that message through their own worldview. It's sort of like looking at a painting through colored glasses - the original intent is somehow changed by your personal experiences and beliefs.

There's nothing wrong with nudity. God created humans naked, and he called his creation good.

According to the OT (which is still in effect according to numerous references in the NT, you aren't supposed to draw, paint or sculpt anything.

Exodus 20:4 “Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is on the earth beneath, or that is in the water below.” It's the second commandment.

I've always wondered why so many christians don't follow ALL of the bible, but rather engage in selective morality. Is why I study them so closely.

Your moniker (Truth) is incorrect. According to what Bible? Nudity was a sign of humiliation, not exhibition as it is today.
