I heard Richard Branson has offered a $32,000,000 dollar prize for a plan to drasticly reduce greenhouse gasses in our atmosphere.I have a few Ideas one of which I think would drop co2 levels radicaly and create millions of jobs worldwide with the help of all nations who are members of the U.N.

I will give you my idea. The idea is to precipitate carbon dioxide in the atmosphere into a stable solid form that won't dissolve in water and is relatively inert.
A stable form of carbon that meets those criteria is diamond. I propose that we remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and make it into diamond.
