well, first let me say I like your analogy to the Chicken McNuggets.
2nd Mention it to the Dr. It sounds like IBS from here. When I'm not an MD and have nothing else to go on. Your Dr will most likly refer you to a Gastorenterologist. I refer to mine as my stomach Dr as it is way easier to pronouce. You could aslo shorten it to a gastro Dr.
