Clearing up misconceptions:

1. To the poster that said "hahaha your money's gone," Neteller isn't FreeLotto.com. It's a respected, publicly traded firm that had a bomb thrown into its business plan when the UIGEA snuck through Congress. They, understandably, don't want to be a fugitive organization in the eyes of the DOJ, and are trying to determine their status before flowing millions and millions of dollars in deposits into the US.

2. The US government hasn't confiscated the funds. They confiscated certain people's funds whose money was connected to BetOnSports.com since there's a criminal case pending against the founder. They aren't viewing Neteller deposits as illegal or seized. However, Neteller doesn't really have a choice but to play their game.

3. How long we have to wait/if we get our deposits back is solely at the discretion of the US DOJ right now. Write your congressperson and senators to express your displeasure with the situation and the UIGEA in general. The PPA provides information and resources to get you in touch, the link is below.

I'm in the same boat, Right now i've put my mind to where I don't expect to get it. I figure it won't hurt so much if it comes true. In reality I think it is likely we'll get paid but I doubt it will happen for at least a few months. I hope you're not waiting for that much, I have a pending EFT for $850 so if I don't get it it's not like I'm gonna be living on the streets, it still sucks though.

Are you REALLY expecting them to send you money? hahahahaahahahahaaaa!

Wait.. Neteller.. oh.. I'm not familiar with that one.. did you send them your bank account number, your social security number and your mother's maiden name?.. you may want to keep a close eye on your bank account.

I thought if money was seized by the government then you'll never see it.
