I don't eat meat, and I want my hair to grow waist-lenght. What can I do so that it can grow faster and stay healthy (I heard I need the protein, but I do eat fish)..? What do I have to eat or what mascara can I put on? Right now it's aprox 5 inches below my shoulders. How long will it take? please?.

The main thing in meat that makes hair grow are B-complex vitimins, you can get these in pill form. There are also things like beans and cheese that have good levels of protein.

time-honored trims are a would desire to plus i persist with nutrition e to clean washed hair, it tames the frizzies, deep circumstances and makes hair improve truly truly rapid besides the indisputable fact that it takes a pair of month for this to kick in. dont message into the scalp, hair will experience fairly sticky till dry then that is going to likely be severe high quality and delicate. a huge bottle of e nutrition is less costly and lasts a protracted long term. time-honored trims approximately each 7-9 weeks
