I strongly disagree with your statement that cow's milk is good food for people. Quite to the contrary, it is the wrong food for human infants or adults and should be avoided in all forms.
Humans are the only animal that drinks milk past infancy, and then it's not even from the correct species! Too many people are still trying to defend milk's supposed health benefits. Unfortunately, they are either using old information or information obtained from research funded by the dairy association. How many people would enjoy a glass of dog's milk or rat's milk? What makes cows special?
There are only two reasons which I've found to support humans drinking cow's milk. We have grown up hearing that it's good for us and we've grown accustomed to the taste and texture. There is absolutely no nutrition that can not be obtained elsewhere, minus the negatives. Calcium seems to be the major claim for milk. It can be found elsewhere in green vegetables, almonds, and many other sources. Where do you think the cows obtain the calcium to put into the milk? Where do other larger animals (elephants, horses, deer, whales, etc) get calcium? Why we continue to drink cow's milk laced with growth hormones, antibiotics, and who knows what else is beyond me.
Since I've given up drinking milk about 5 years ago my health has greatly improved. I suffer fewer allergy problems, asthma and breathing problems are greatly reduced, I'm sleeping better, and I have more energy.
In the '50s smoking was considered harmless but now we realize its dangers. One person at a time and eventually the truth will become widely known that cow's milk is only for baby cows. Milk is indeed the perfect food, but only for infants of the proper species.
Do some research online and decide for yourself.

Human beings are the only species on the planet that take another species' milk and drink it. Not only that, but we drink it long after we're fully grown. That seems kinda strange to me.
I personally don't drink cow's milk. I drink rice milk and I completely agree with you - cow's milk just doesn't taste good.

When I was growing up my family made sure that me and my brother and sister would be drinking plenty of milk and that theory has paid off cause I now love to have a nice cold glass of milk and I often drink milk with all of my meals at home and now that I'm in my early 40s and have 2 children of my own I make sure they are drinking plenty of milk, I'm glad that my family made sure we were getting plenty of calcium, I sure wish many parents would use that theory nowadays, as a matter of fact I'm gonna go to the fridge and poor me a nice cold glass of milk :)

Milk is awesome. I'm 13 and I drink 3 glasses of milk everyday. One at breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Even if you don't like milk you can make it into strawberry milk or chocolate milk. Milk is good. Or even make milkshakes o.O

I absolutely love milk! I love strawberry and chocalate Quik too! I also drink the Milnot milk. My mom use to put it in my cereal when I was young when we would run out of regular milk. Also I drink Milnot milk like a tea. I boil water. Pour the milk in till it turns a milky substance, then I put sugar in it and stir.
Did I put enough thought into it for you? LOL

I really don't have a problem with milk, as long as I'm eating something with it...(preferably chocolate), I cannot drink milk by itself. I drink milk a lot though, and I have really strong bones. Never broken a bone :)!
