Yes. It's called St. Pierre & Miquelon. My parents vacationed there for an anniversary a few years ago and they loved it. They took lots of pictures so I got to see how beautiful it really is when they got home. Very quaint - it reminded me of Old Quebec City, since I have no point of reference in France itself.
