Trying to think of the name of a pocket physician reference book?

Question

It had one version in England type of english and one version in American type of english.It tells all the things that are linked to diseases (ie working in a tire factory) and the disease symptoms, what tests to run, what prognosis, etc....mostly doctor protocols...I have two of them, but can't find to recommend to someone in another question.. seems like it was geared to medical residents..
