i understand God has a remnant. Romans 11:5 "having suggested that then at this present time additionally there's a remnant in accordance to the election of grace." you're top God does choose us. i will disagree with you approximately atheists going to heaven, in accordance to the Bible. If God gave them the potential to have confidence on Him then they could and would not be an atheist. top? yet another remark i've got the desire to make is approximately your fact: Quote: heaven can't accommodate each and all the human beings who easily have confidence they are going there. How do you recognize how many heaven can carry? Heaven is for spirits no longer flesh. Spirits do no longer take up room. God in no way predestined all of us to hell. He calls many yet few are chosen. Matthew 22:14 "for many are suggested as, yet few are chosen."

According to Christian doctrine the vast majority of the world is going to hell.
Accept their god or suffer eternal torment sums it up.

If we receive Jesus as our Savior, our penalty for sin is paid. We are adopted into God's family, and Heaven is our eternal home. If we reject Jesus, we remain alienated from the Lord and under condemnation for our sin. We are destined to experience eternal judgment. God won't accept any of man's excuses because there is no acceptable defense for unbelief. (Acts 4:12)

Yes. God is only merciful towards people with sufficient pituitary glands and with the proper brain-wiring to believe in magical thinking. He will not accept people who try their hardest to coming up with their own understanding of life and the universe.
If the Bible is true (and there is no way to prove that it isn't because it can be reinterpreted ad nauseum) We have to be lucky enough to figure things out before he kicks our @#$#@.
As Ezra said to the angel Uriel in the MTV translation of the Bible: "We goin to hell fo not choosin? Damn life sucks @#$!"

If one has accepted God, the individual is no longer an atheist. God forgive all who come to him to repent. So yes a former atheist can avoid going to hell if he repents and accepts God as his Lord and Savior.
If he never accepts God, then yes he will go to hell.

yes! the good thing is, we will be surrounded by lots of atheists like us, and all the bigots will be in heaven. It actually sounds rather nice.
If the final judgement would come today, at least 4.4 billion people would go to hell (estimated world pop. minus estimated christians). Additionally, I don't expect all christians to go to heaven, there are quite a number here who I don't think will make the cut. So it'll be busy.

Not just "accept God". The only way to the Father is by the son, Jesus. If a person never repents of their sin, and accepts Jesus as their savior, that is correct. They will go to hell.

Yes they do, and Hell is not very pleasant from what i have heard from people who have been there and come back. A lot of those people did not believe in Hell until they went there, and it has been life changing for them as many of them are now pastors or evangelists.

People pick and choose what they want to believe be it from the Bible or the Quran. Christians received the advise to not try to judge another. I'll stick with that.

Yes. To be saved is to be initially saved from unbelief, which God considers the worst offense a man can commit.
