Taking dextromethorphan to get high is a terrible choice and dangerous on its own, but taking DayQuil MSCF is especially dangerous because it contains acetaminophen and phenylephrine. Taking more than the recommended dosage of acetaminophen will damage your liver and/or cause liver failure, and the phenylephrine will raise your blood pressure putting you at risk for a heart attack or stroke. Do not take this to get high, or you will end up in the hospital or morgue.
