You might need help with being shy. Try meeting someone over the internet, you can be less shy when you don't have to look someone in the face. (becareful if you do decide to meet a guy via internet) Remeber though there is no deadline for dating! You'll find the right guy when he's ready to find you. But you can travel, go clubbing, join a dating service, try speed dating, there are tons of ways to meet single guys! Just be yourself, you want your new man to like you for who you are.

Look everybody is going to be shy once in a while. I have a friend that is shy and i have hooked her up with so many guys...Anyways why dont you go with your friends someplace...I dont know where like a club or something. You would most likely meet someone there. Just try not to be shy...You know you could always practice someone asking you out. I did that once. And it worked. So good luck. And that is good that you dont look for people. And there is nothing wrong with you. You just havnt found your match yet.

You are still young - You have to put yourself out there - be active - have fun - you will meet someone.

No need to give up -= that is silly - You never know where you will meet someone -

Just keep in trying.

Maybe seek some therapy on the shyness. Low self esteem.

Read a book or two about improving your self esteem

Best of luck

Don't give up. My wife went on her first date when she was 39. This year we will be married for 22 years. First marriage for both of us.

Get involved with organizations in which you have an interest. My wife and I were both volunteers at a museum. It doesn't have to be a church, any civic functions or volunteer at a place which you enjoy. I consider it very important that interests be the same and both parties have to flexible enough to change.

I would get one of your friends to do a makeover on you. Not that you need it to look cute, but it might help you feel better about yourself, so that when you do go out, you'll really shine. If no one is available, then do it yourself. But if you let a friend do it, make a dare to yourself to put yourself totally in their hands, especially if they are a hottie themselves.

There is nothing wrong with you just because you haven't had a boyfriend yet. You're young, you have plenty of time to worry about finding a boyfriend. Enjoy the single life while you can.

I have the same problem, dont give up. try a new look or make yourself available. flirt and go to clubs and dance the night away. go to places where you will meet people. get some of your friends to hook you up on a date. What do you have to lose.

Well you shoud break your shyness. Try to communicate with more people. Play sports or do more outdoor stuff. More and More people might get to know you and eventually you will get a boyfriend.
Hope This Helps

You have to make yourself available. Are you giving signs that you are unapproachable? How do you dress? Are you outgoing? There are many avenues for dating. Did you attempt any? Enjoy life and everything you want will come.
