I believe the word is mongers. Mongrels are mixed-breed dogs.
As to the answer, the Christians I know do not hate the groups you mentioned. Their words convict the actions of these groups, and since the groups do not have any intention of changing their actions, the conviction gets referred to as hate. Christians point out these problem-causing behaviors out of concern for people, because they all used to be like them and do those same things. They feel that their current state is such a happy improvement, they wish to spread their happiness to others. It truly grieves them that these good intentions are interpreted as "hate".

How can one answer a judgemental ignorant question coming from somebody who claims to know the thoughts of most Christians and mocks thier beliefs ... sounds like you're the one filled with hate.
