No, your dog doesn't need yearly vaccinations. She only needs her distemper/parvo/canine hepatitis/adenovirus-2 vaccination every 3 years and unless your laws say a yearly rabies vacciantion is required, she only needs that every 3 years as well.

Current protocol from AVMA/AAHA and all 27 vet schools do not recommend yearly vacciantions. Also they don't recommend Kennel cough, parainfluenza or lepto vaccinations for every dog..only those that are in high risk areas for those illnesses.

They do NOT recommend that ANY dog be vaccinated for coronavirus or giardia.

The only required shot by law is the Rabies in most places, which is usually done every 3 years. With that said, there are many other shots to consider to protect your dog and yourself from diseases. Some vets may ask you to bring your pet in yearly or something, but there are studies about how pets can be over-vaccinated. However this issue is very controversal. One thing you can do to decide how often your dog should be vaccinated is to take the titer test. It's a test to see your dog's level of immune defenses. I personally had to take this route because my little Maltese gets bad allergy reactions to certain shots, so I have to be careful in choose when to vaccinate. Here are some more info if you want to look into it:

Most vaccines are yearly vaccines ... your DHLPP (or some other 5-in-1 shots) and some rabies shots are due yearly. There are 3-year rabies vaccines available. Bordetella is either an annual, or every 6 month vaccine, depending on if it is the injection or intra-nasal version. Bordetella is not generally required by the state or given by the vet unless you specifically ask for it (you should get it if your dog is going to board in a kennel, or is around a lot of other dogs).
Another option is to get the shots for a few years, then have your dog receive what is called a Titer Exam. This is basically a blood test that shows immunity in a dog (if a dog is found to be immune to a disease, such as distemper for example, no new vaccine is needed).
Ask you vet for more information on your vaccination schedule and titer exams if you are interested.
