College degree= Ensign, Ensign is the equivalent of a 2nd Lieutenant. But, that is what it is called in the Navy. And, OCS is Officer Candidate School, where you apply and basically go through hell for 12 or so weeks and if you pass, you are now an officer. Lowest ranking in the Navy of an officer is an Ensign. But, you have to meet the physical aspects too. OCS will have others like yourself who's goal is to become an officer, and it is grueling, basically all that you would learn in 4 years-during ROTC, or Service Academy, you learn in 12 weeks or so-so it is not a piece of cake. But, you can do it. And, it comes with a nice pay check too. Heehee. And, I'm pretty sure you have to take physics -I'm sure it is mandatory in the Navy, in order to become an officer, due to ships miles and stuff like that.

you're too previous to bypass aviation. no longer like the military, the army will initiate you as a E-a million like a number of different recruits. A BA in the military receives you an computerized initiate at E-4 professional. Sorry you've been't chosen for OCS. FYI, direct commissions to O-2 are for JAG appointees, and O-3 for docs. you'll get a shot at OCS in case you do an effective interest as an enlisted sailor. i trust the present decrease off is age 40, waivers on case-through-case foundation. edit: After interpreting different responses, there is dissimilar conflict of words about stepped forward enlisted placement in the army. basically to be secure, bypass military! practice for an OCS settlement.

if you enlist.. E3. depending on your GPA and the degree field, you may be a candidate for OCS(Officer Candidate School).
The Navy is looking for Officers with a Technical degree(Engineering, Comp Sci) with GPAs of 3.5 or better to be comptetitve. They need SWOs and Nuke Officers badly.
