I started dating @ 11.
My 1st ex-husband was such a stupid junkie,
my 2nd ex-husband was such a demon,
and my 3rd ex-husband was such a jerk!
Thank heaven,I have a man who loves me,now!

My advice is:
"Don't send him or her dating @ 11,12,13,14 or 15!"
"Send him or her dating
starting@ 16, or older but not 29 or over!"
That's any where between
sophmore in sr.high and senior in Collage.

Good Luck w/ her or him,
Sarah

I guess we must really ask the question the question, what sort of relationship are these teenagers having. Because you cannot decide for them to like someone. I had a relationship at the age of 11 but as I grew older so did what I expected out of relationship matured. At 17 the things I search for were much more then what I had at 11. We are blinded by what is a relationship for us that we fail to realize that they do not see things the same way as us. A kiss for me at 14 is the same thing as sex to me now. Remember your first kiss. That was intense. Remember the first time you did it? Same feeling. So our ideals of a relationship changes as we grow older. So what I am saying is, if they are going to get involved with someone, let it happen. The most you can do is make sure they have the tools for them so they can make intelligent decisions, esp on subjects like sex.

Teenage girls have been in many relationships from birth through adulthood. As long as she sets her goals, sets her boundaries and is willing to set boundaries for others and assert herself she could be in a relationship anywhere from 12 to 20, depending on the type of relationship she is looking for. At any age a relationship is not what defines her, but something that adds to her life. If the relationship is not one that nurtures her needs, adds to her life, and encourages her growth, then it is not one she needs to pursue. There's no exact age when it is okay or not okay to pursue a relationship. It is up to the girl and her own goals, needs, desires. Set boundaries and do what is right, not what feels right and you'll be fine.

I look at it as not a matter of age, but matureness. I think if you're mature enough at the age of 14 to start dating people, then you should. The person has to be mature enough to handle the responsibility of having a boyfriend, school, friends, and family relations. It is a lot to handle, but like I said if they are ready, they can go for it.

I think 16 is a good age to consider dating for the first time.

I would say 14.... I'm 14 and in a relationship. Earlier than that I would say is too early. So like 8th grade? I mean you want her to be a little ready for highschool and learn how to say no.
