I'm fair skinned, but my whole body tends to look blotchy and have a lot of pink undertone to it. Its not rosacea or anything, I've checked. It also gets dry really easy. What can I do to help my skin look more healthy and even?

Long term solution - eat more fruits and veggies of all variety and drink lots of water.
Cut out fast food, sugary drinks and get more recuperative sleep. Increase your movement - i.e exercise.

Also substitute 50% coffee drinking to black tea. Read up on foods containing anti-oxidants and gradually switch to more of them.

This advice may sound strict and boring, but I swear it really really works. The American medical community and the media do not do a good job explaining or promoting it.

I am 57 years old. I tried it after many years of trial and error and now everyone remarks about my smooth soft firm skin and all I use is vaseline. They say I look 44.

The best thing to do is keep your face clean, wash your face every night especially after wearing makeup and try this moisturizer called Absolute Moisture by Bioelements...it's the best...I have fair sensitive skin and this is the only moisturizer that does not feel greasy but actually makes my skin look brighter and not flaky or red. I sure hope this helps and good luck to you!

Honestly, moisturize with lotion and hydrate with a lot of water...@ least this is what this girl told me when I went to do a facial and she noticed I have dry skin.) Plus, I don't think you just have to let the skin breathe sometimes without heavy makeup and other cosmetics.

A number of things will help.. making sure you keep yourself hydrated with water, eating a healthy, balanced diet (not too much sugar, caffeine, ect), steering clear of cigarettes, minimal alcohol, good sleep, making sure to get proper exercise and to keep your skin clean/protected from extreme environment conditions..sun/wind/cold..and moisturized. It's a healthy way to live overall and it reflects in your skin. Hope this helps!
