Because he is still a child, or a young man getting his education in the U.S. He will be going back to the Middle East soon, so I hear.

There are many antichrists in the world. The antichrist spirit is spreading like wildfire. There are more people that hate Jesus now than any time during the last 500 years or more. This is sad, but it is also Biblical, and was prophecied to be this way in the last days. The Antichrist will be revealed in God's time frame.

Antichrist just means against Christ. There have been many Antichrist over the centuries. The Antichrist referred to in the book of Revelation in the Bible will rise to power after all the Christians (followers of Christ), children, and babies are taken suddenly to heaven (Raptured). Maybe you don't understand the meaning of the word. Here, I'll give you a definition.
Antichrist is translated from the Greek ανÏίÏÏιÏÏÎ¿Ï antÃkhristos, which literally means "opposite of Christ". A broader meaning is "in place of Christ". Therefore, antichrist means opposed to Christ by being in the place of Christ. The term itself appears 5 times in 1 John and 2 John of the New Testament--once in plural form and 4 times in the singular
He is in the world already!

How do we know he /she is hiding???? The anti-christ is not gonna be some guy with horns on his head.He/she will be a very charismatic,well liked individual that will deceive the masses into thinking he is good.We will not realize who the anti-christ is until it is too late unless Jesus can return to save us from him/her.

he is building up his followers and he is doing a pretty good job look at the world and the way people are and how they talk evil about God but where sin abounds grace abounds much more,hes already lost anyway cause the devil knows where he is going he just wants company

The anti-christ will reveal himself when the time is right. When the whole world is in turmoil and there is war, fire, death, disease poverty everywhere and HE will save us from it.
