He has an insteady job that doesn't pay and no health benefits. What little he did make he gave to his ex- wife for child support. I had to "buy" if I wanted to go out or do anything. His ex- called ALL the time!
He was really nice and treated me good.
I got frustrated and broke it off. I miss him though.
Would you keep dating this guy?

I would keep dating him. No offense, but it's pretty shallow to drop someone because they don't have money.

Never. Even though my own father has told me multiple times to, and i quote, "walk down wall street in the tightest and shortest skirt you can find, then marry the 90 year old man with a colostomy bag next to his whelchair, wait till he dies, get the money, then go off serching for true love," I find it idiotic people do that, everyone should just find someone their happy with and stay together for love...

i was in the same situation... we lived together and he never had any money cause he was paying are bills and her child support.... now that he moved out it's like he has all this money and it's probably because he's back with her, but anyways she called him all the time too. i was sick of it, i miss him too tho. i think you should give him time to get financially stable. that's what i'm doing

you did the right thing cuz if he really wanted extra money to show you a good time he would have gotten a second job or something.
