Often bags underneath the eye are caused by allergies; thus I use clinique eye cream which has antihistamines to reduce the retained fluid underneath the eye in a matter of minutes. It works great for me.

You may want to sample it before buying, it is not that expensive but you wouldn't want to purchase it if it doesn't work for you. Dillard's and Macy's often have samples available.

I have the same problem. I've too been told it's because of a lack of sleep. but if your eyes are puffy, then I hear teabags, cold compresses, cucumbers work great! Lightly moisturizing the eye area is good too. Plus, drinking a lot of water helps to hydrate the skin.

i actually sat in the audience of a mid-life woman's tv. talk show (don't ask why) and there was a woman talking about that kind of thing and she said to put on great red lipstick to draw attension away from your eyes.

Unless you're a guy then you might not wanna do that.

Hemorrhoid Creme applied to the area will tighten the skin and help them vanish.
