It depends on how she is going to sponcer you is it on a work permit ect.Dont listen to these closed minded people-how did so many americans become this way? If I were you I would in joint effort with your sister contact an attorney here in the states,it will be a lot faster and smoother that way.I believe you paid your taxes ect and worked hard as so many others do and it a shame this beautiful country filled with so many wonderful oppurtunitys is clouded with so much hate.If they only knew.... Fight your battle and WIN and when you make it you'll be the better American and maybe people like you and ones like me who believe in humanity and not skin color will be the ones to make a difference.GOD bless you and your family and DONT GIVE UP!!!!!!!

well this is a time line.
She is a Conditional PR now.
1. Conditional Permanent resident - Now
2. Eligible to apply for citizenship - 3 years.
3. Naturalizatin completed (takes up to a year) - 4years.
4. She applied for you. Processing of I-130 - 1 year
5. Wait time for available visa number for brother is approx 10 years (depends on country, philipines - even more) - 15 years.

Thats it. approx 15 years. If yo dont have a life ban for deportation/illegal presence.

I believe that if you are deported you are not permitted to re-enter the country for 5-10 years.

Call immigration. No one on here knows your case.

Well, why were you deported? And what exactly do you want us to say about it? And why would we know how much time it takes? Ask your lawyers.

it would take less time if you had departed before your visa expired.
it will take a long time and a lot of legal fees simply because you have been deported....in other words, you did something wrong.

It can take 6 months to 2 years... minimum.... where are human rights????? That is ********...!!!!!! I feel so bad for you... I know how you must feel... what country were you deported from? you need to go to the government website and look under immigration sponsorship. Good luck... I hope you find a better response than I just gave you. Sorry

"6 months to 2 years" boo-fing-hoo. I had to wait over 13 years and pay thousands of dollars in USCIS fees and tens of thousands of dollars in lawyer fees to become a permanent resident LEGALLY.

I'm sick of you people whining and thinking its your God-given right to live in America.
