You rely on God when you are in a crisis? I rely on myself.,,,I can figure out and outsmart pretty much most problems I run into.
For those crisis's that are so traumatic that I thank goodness never had to deal with, I would think counseling would be in order, Just like Christians would use....Jesus really can't solve all problems or else Christians wouldn't have to also go to therapists or pastors for counsel.
Am I happy with life? Happy is a relative term, life is a dynamic changing course of events, if you didn't feel the spectrum of happy, sad, scared, nervous, calm, contemplative, etc, you wouldn't be a living human.....you would be on antidepressants, lol.
But overall, am I happy to be alive? hell yes.

After growing up with drug abusing abusive parents
Suffering through three years of stage V acne(1 in 10,000 adolescents) crusted acne over nearly all my face, which would often be pussing and bleeding from multiple places.
almost 3 years of clinical depression where I was often suicidal not by choice.
I depend on myself, you should try it sometime. My life is getting better all the time.

Myself first and foremost, but my family and friends are there for backup support when I need it.
Am I happy with life? In general, yes. There are times when I am not, but I guess that's that true for all of us ... but the majority of the time, yes I am.

if i am in a crisis i rely on my husband (car trouble, money issues, etc.) yes i am extremely happy in life! i have very few crisises

happy? sometimes yes, sometimes no, that's life. grateful? i'll say. and kind of bewildered and bemused by the sheer fact of existence, hard to stay gloomy when i stop and notice
