Web Cam Pictures?

I am trying t send some real nice pictures from my Web Cam but no matter how much lighting i have and messing around I still cant get a clear good picture....I look very tired and old!
Anyone Could help with suggestions would be wonderful....Thank you

All but the most expensive web cam pictures are of very low resolution and it's really hard to get a "good" picture with one. If you have a high pixel (5 or 6 megapixel) digital camera that can do videos that may be your best bet.
