Are Republicans completely ignoring God and leaving him to starve to death while they count their money?

God said, "Whatever you did for one of the least of my brothers you did it to me." Republicans are ignoring the fact that millions of children are dying in Africa (and all over the world for that matter), while they cheat people out of money and complain about taxes. Yet they still think they're going to get into "Heaven".... hmm... You know, I'm not even Christian, but I know that's not what Jesus was about.

Well first off not all Republicans are Christian. Second, Africa is not part of the United States and we send billions of dollars of aid to them each year. It is up to them to work through their problems and unite. That is part of the reason we are hated around the world being accused of trying to police it whenever we see fit. We cant be everywhere at every crisis. Whats the UN for again?????? Hmm

We don't ignore it, we just don't think it is the government's job to fix everything.
Through my church I have personally helped children in Africa, and plan to continue to do so. Your theory assumes that Republicans and Christians would not give to people less fortunate unless the government forced them to, and that just isn't true. I just like to have some say in where my money goes. If I give x amount through the government it goes to some corupt offical office and never makes it to the ones who really need it. If I'm free to use that same money on my own I can see that it gets to where it needs to be.

Christian Orgs. are most responsible for feeding Africans than any others including their own Govts.Bush ordered 16 BILLION $$ to be spent on poverty and AIDS research for Africa.He is trying to stop the slaughter.
Feed The Children,Christian Childrens Fund,World Vision,Samaratans Purse,all feeding the kids all Christian and probably Republican.While Liberals create murderous abortion clinics,Republicans found Hospices to care for pregnant teens and help adopt them out or get the Mom on her feet.Christian orgs. founded more Hospitals than anyone else.(Along with Jews)
