Bilberries help to improve night vision, about 150 to 500 milligrams a day taken in two or three doses. Also take a look at this site http://www.drwhitaker.com/c/hc_vision.asp it has some interest info on vision maintenance.

dude get the mineralls in orange vegetables such as carrots which contain beta ceratonoids. They just maintain the health of the photoreceptors in the brain. If you wants sharp vision you are best off getting an eye test and perhaps some glasses if you need them. Theres allways the old tale that masturbation causes blindness so i guess you can stop that too. lol

Yellow and orange vegetables will maintain your vision, but won't improve it. If it did, I wouldn't have to still wear glasses.

They say carrots, but I say that that's totally and completely wronng. So... none, to answer your question. I would suggest glasses or contact lenses.
