If the sneezes are dry, dont worry about it. The weather can sometimes bring on sneezes.
If the sneezes are wet and mucky, take her to the vet as she will most likely have contracted an infection. Also if her eyes are watery and or mucky.
Just because she is an indoor cat doesnt mean she cant contract infections. Lots are carried in the air and can be brought in by any number of things.

My kitten was sneezing and has a watery eye then started turning his ear inward a couple of days later. I originally thought he had allergies. Over the phone, they thought he had an ear infection. In truth, when I brought him in the same day I found out he has herpes!. When he is under any stress those are the symptoms that come out for him. I am not saying your cat has them. The vet said that 98% of cats has herpes but do not show the symptoms like my kitten unless they are under some sort of stress like an illness or change of some kind. My kitten also has heartworms, so he had them when I adopted him and I knew none of this. They said the stress of the heartworms could have acted them up. It causes respiratory infections in the cats. It is highly contagious among cats only. Humans or dogs cannot get it from them. My kitten was the Humane Society and and got both from there. Moquitos are what caused his heartworms and he got bit there, because it takes 6 months to develop and he is now 9 months old. I got him when he was over 2 months old.
Your cat could have a cold or upper respiratory infection. You should take your kitty to the vet to get a check up and see if he has a cold or not. I hope she gets well soon.

It could be URI (an upper respiratory infection). My cat had this as a kitten when I adopted her. Some antibiotics will clear that right up. Get her to the vet if she continues sneezing for more than a day or two. It is only dangerous if you let it go without treatment long enough, so I would be extra cautious with an older cat.

It may be that there is something in the air that your kitty is allergic to. Have you changed laundry detergents, cleaning stuff, perfumes...are you spraying your home with air freshener etc? Any of those things can cause sneezing.
It may be that she has an URI...if she sneezes for more than a couple days and/or other things happen, take her to the vet so they can listen to her chest & determine whether it's a URI or not. If it's a URI, she will require antibiotics.

Is she shedding? My cat Mia who is a rag doll is shedding like crazy and sneezing. I brush her and we both sneeze. You could call your cats vet on Monday if you are worried. I know once my cats would get past the age of 13 I'd worry about their health.
