will it go bad as fast or stay fresh longer?

It has a longer shelf life but tastes like skim milk - kind of blah. It works well for cooking and as a substitute for milk in tea and coffee. It is lower in fat and sugar so it is healthy. If you want to step up the flavor ad a splash of vanilla or a kiss of honey.

Dry milk has a much longer shelf life than regular milk. You can keep dry milk for a very long time. However, to make it dry it takes different steps to process it, in that sense it does not make it as healthy as regular fresh milk.

Dry milk has a much longer shelf-life than ordinary milk. To me, it doesn't taste nearly as good though. It can be very useful for cooking however, where the taste of the milk isn't as important.

Dry milk tastes gross but it has the same nutrient value as regular skim milk.....i'm not sure how long it lasts after you mix it up, but you wouldnt have to make it until you need it so, in that sense, less waste.

Growing up, that is all I drank b/c my family was poor and I guess I turned out okay. =-)

i dont think it is as good as regular milk, it is less rich tasting.
it does have a longer life span and doesnt smell so horrible when it goes bad..
there are a few pros and cons to each though
