You shouldn't just like her because of her body girls hate that! But if you do like her for other reasons get to know her then when the time is right make your move!

do some digging and find out what she's interested in and become involved in that activity. this way you can start out as friends, and she will be more willing to get to know you as a person . S

well do you like the inside? if you only like her beacuse shes hot, then i wouldnt ask her out. But if you like her personality and everything else then 100% ask her out. good luck.
