( Sorry about the length, I just needed to explain!)Alright, She's really tough!! She cut her eyebrow wide open, enough to get her about 8 stiches, and she walked about 8-9 blocks to the hospital, right after getting hurt. She's also like # one on the girls track team, and really reallyyyyy competitive when she gets to running!!! Here, I was talking to her ex, just because, and he won her over with his charm, and I'll give it to him, he really could, but I'm not a great story teller, joker, I probably won't be making her laugh. Basicly, I'm an old-fashioned kind of guy, I want to have a girl, so we can just chill around and talk, hold her hands while we walk through the halls, go to the prom together, etc.......
But, I don't know how I can hook up with her.

Start slowly. Get to know her first. You don't have to go from not knowing her to being her boyfriend all at once. That's what one night stands are made of, and it doesn't sound like that's what you're looking for. You don't have to be charming, or the life of the party. Just be yourself. Ask her about her. Listen to what she has to say. Ask her about her hospital visit. Tell her you thought it was cool that she walked herself to the hospital. Tell her you like that she's tough! If you're friends first, you'll have a solid basis from which to form a lasting relationship. And if it doesn't progress to a boyfriend-girlfriend thing, you still have a great friend!

just be yourself and be honest with her. let her know you like her and try inviting her to do something with you like go to the movies, or eat out. just make conversation with her don't focus so much on being charming or you will drive yourself crazy.
